01The problem
Hiring still runs on fragmented tools.
ATS, sourcing platform, recruiter, scheduler, interviewer, assessment, references, offer, onboarding. Every handoff creates delay, cost, and lost context — and the one check that used to settle it, the interview, is now trivially staged.

of those methods leave no trace on a shared screen
02Method
You brief the role. Octively runs the process.
Brief the role
Send a job description and complete a short AI-guided intake: must-haves, dealbreakers, compensation, team context, success criteria.
AI finds and verifies
Octively sources candidates, contacts them, screens them, runs adaptive interviews, verifies claims against real work, and analyses integrity signals.
Approve the hire
Receive a small verified shortlist with evidence-backed reports, interview summaries, remaining uncertainties, and offer and onboarding coordination.
03Exhibits
Nobody reaches you without a file.
Open any line to see the commit, the timestamp, and the exchange it came from.

Shortlist · ranked
Ranking is a byproduct of the record. Every position is defensible because every position is sourced.
04Why it holds
An interview that can't be read off a screen.
We don't claim cheating is impossible. We claim it's expensive, it leaves a mark in the transcript, and the mark is in the file you read.
Questions from their own commits
Every prompt is drawn from code the candidate shipped. An assistant has never read that repository and cannot narrate the decisions behind it.
The problem moves mid-answer
We interrupt, push on contradictions, and change the constraints while they're speaking. There is no fixed question to paste anywhere.
Rehearsal shows up as a seam
A memorised answer holds until the follow-up. Where the thread breaks, the transcript records the break — not a silent pass.
Nothing is asserted without a source
Every line in the file points at a commit, a timestamp, or a quoted exchange. If we cannot source it, it does not enter the record.
05Pricing
Nothing is owed until someone signs.
Fee on hire
One placement fee, invoiced on a signed offer. No retainer, no per-seat, no charge for the files you decline.
- Invoiced only on a signed offer
- Unlimited files reviewed
- Cancel with no exit cost
No charge, ever
You keep your file. You decide who sees it, and the interview costs you nothing but the hour.
- Free to take part
- You approve every disclosure
- Your transcript stays yours
06Disclosure
Questions, answered plainly.
Both sides read the same record. Nothing is disclosed to one party that the other cannot see.
We do not test against questions a candidate can rehearse. We derive prompts from their own commits, record the exchange, and annotate what changed under pressure. The file is the proof; the score is a byproduct.
07Early access
Your next hire should not require ten tools and twenty meetings.
Give Octively the role and we'll take it from there. We're opening to a small first group of companies — leave an address and we'll send your place in the queue and a referral link.
